how do i book rentals?
Download the My Sport Space app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Enter your search criteria and find the right time and place for your players. Need more help- check out our hot to videos.
what's the best way to book a time?
MSS will book you into the first available time based on your criteria. If you are flexible and search a time window from 6-10, MSS will offer you the first available time for each location in your desired city. If you need a specific time, for example 3:00 pm, select 3:00 in BOTH the earliest start time AND latest start time. This will only show results for 3:00. If the spaces are not available, then expand the search criteria (3-4, 3-5, etc...
I can't seem to get the app to update, what do I do?
To use our app, we always want you to have the latest update with new features. Ensuring your phone allows autoupdates is the easiest way to ensure you have the current version. If not, visit the Apple/Google store and click the update button. If all else fails, delete the app and reinstall. Wa-la!
I want to book a recurring rental, does this work for that?
Absolutely! Just check "Recurring Reservation" when entering your rental date on the dashboard. Enter your beginning and ending dates and DON'T forget to select exceptions if you do not want the facility for certain weeks during your series (e.g. vacations, holidays). With this feature, you can book to Infinity and Beyond!! (or whatever limit the facility implements).
I want to book for the season but I don't want to pay up front--Do I have to pay for the whole enchilada?
Really enchilada?? No Problem. MSS bills reservations 48 hours before the rental so you will only be billed for an individual rental at that time.
What about cancellations?
Each facility has a cancellation policy. Make sure you read and understand that. As long as you cancel before the time specified by the facility (eg. 48 hours before rental) you will receive your money back less the processing fee.
What if I need to reschedule?
OK, who booked the wrong time?? If you need to rebook the for the same day, call the facility. If you need to rebook for a different day, hit the reschedule but on your reservation and you're off!
Hey, I like this but my gym isn't on MSS what should I do?
Somebody needs a talking to!! We are adding locations all the time, please fill out the contact form with your facility information and we will work with them to get them added.
What sports does MSS cover?
If the sport requires a court, field or space, we're game. We started with basketball, volleyball, soccer and baseball. The current sports available in your area can be seen in the sport section.
I'm a trainer, Do you provide training spaces?
Excellent question!! Some facilities offer specific training areas (as opposed to half courts). Training will be a separate sport in the drop down menu.
